At Brematech, we establish a control plan for each of our different components. For each production run, standard practices include material tracking (mill certs), First Article Inspection (FAI), First-off and In-Process inspection as well as Final Release.
Brematech has a complete Metrology department equipped with the best measurement tools available to ensure your parts are perfect.
In 2011, Brematech added a Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with a capacity volume of 16x16x12 (400x400x300mm) with which we can provide you a non-biaised dimensional analysis.
We possess a complete line of high quality tools including digital calipers, height gauges, surface tester, micrometers from 1 to 6 inches, bore gauges from .275 to 4 inches that are calibrated periodically.
